Referrals to our program can be made by family physicians, specialists, allied health professionals, case managers, legal representatives, or patients.

An initial intake screening is performed to determine suitability for our program. Funding sources are then secured, typically through WSIB, motor vehicle accident insurers, or disability carriers.
